Essential Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this program, one:

Must be able to traverse a paved multi-use trail for a distance of approximately 2400 feet (1200 feet each direction) independently or with the assistance of a companion or with the assistance of a device.
Must be able to understand and follow verbal and/or visual instructions independently or with assistance of companion.
Must be able to move about the party independently or with the assistance of companion or device.
Must be able to withstand exposure to the early-evening outdoors for a period of 2 hours (or any portion thereof).
