Essential Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this program, one:

Must have the ability to follow visual and verbal instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion while in low lighting conditions.
Must have the ability to withstand exposure to various outdoor conditions for a period of up to 1 hour.
Must have the ability to traverse uneven terrain for several hundred feet independently or with the aide of a companion.
Must have the ability to ascend and descend stairs independently or with the aide of a companion.
Must have the ability to travel through enclosed spaces including tunnels and narrow passages.
