Essential Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this program, one:

Must follow the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission laws concerning fishing regulations.
Must have the ability to drive, bike, and/or walk to the fishing area desired or have a companion that can transport you there.
Must have the ability to distinguish the “No fishing” area in O’Leno State Park’s day use area with the help or assistance of a companion. This area serves as a Swimming Area.
Must have the ability to input the lock combination, open the gate, and close it behind you entering and exiting the property between the hours of 8 AM to Sunset.
