Essential Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this program, one:

Must follow the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission laws concerning fishing regulations.
Must be able to traverse a steep paved sidewalk, approximately 12 uneven stone steps and walk through deep, loose sand to the fishing area.
Must be able to distinguish the “No fishing” area in Gold Head Branch’s day use area with the help or assistance of a companion. This area serves as a Swimming Area.
