Essential Eligibility Criteria
Kids Fishing Derby
In order to participate in this program, one:
• Must have the ability to follow visual and/or verbal instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion.
• Must have the ability to traverse uneven and unstable terrain over grass, concrete, marl and sand surfaces, independently or with the assistance of a companion for 1/2 mile.
• Must be able to withstand outdoor conditions under open sky and in full sun for up to 1 hour.
• Must have the ability to cast and/or reel a fishing rod independently or with the assistance of a companion.
