Essential Eligibility Criteria
Hot Chili, Cool Cars
Held annually on a Sunday in spring during regular park hours. Regular park admission: $2 ages 6 and up; under 6 free. $5 donation buys chili tasting and vote for participant’s favorite.In order to participate in this event, visitors must have the ability to:
- Read and follow written guides and instructions independently or with assistance of companion.
- Withstand exposure to the outdoors for however long they wish to stay.
- Traverse a paved multi-use trail for a distance of approximately 2400 feet (1200 feet each direction) independently or with the assistance of a companion or with the assistance of a device.
- Be able to move about the celebration independently or with the assistance of companion or device.
- If food is purchased, participant should be able to eat independently or with assistance of companion.
