Essential Eligibility Criteria
America's State Parks First Day Hike Event
In order to participate one must
· Have the ability to access the State Park.
· Have the ability to follow visual and/or verbal instruction independently or with the assistance of a companion.
· Have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors for up to 3 hours.
· Have the ability to traverse wet, sandy and uneven terrain for up to two miles independently or with the assistance of a companion or with the use of adaptive equipment.
