Fort Clinch State Park
Essential Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this program, one:

Must be at least 13 years old.
Must complete mandatory training session.
Must wear a helmet and listening device.
Must not exceed the manufacturer’s weight limit specifications (260 lbs).
Must have the ability to navigate uneven terrain on paved and unpaved surfaces.
Must have the ability to follow applicable traffic laws.
Must have the ability to follow verbal and visual instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion.
Must follow guides’ instructions at all times.
Must have the ability to independently control, maneuver and maintain balance on the Segway for the duration of the specified tour.
Must have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors for the period of the specified tour.
Anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Must sign a Liability and Personal Responsibility Waiver.
