Essential Eligibility Criteria
Pause and Ponder Trail Self-Guided Walk
In order to participate in this program, one:
- Must have the ability to follow verbal and /or visual instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion.
- Must have the ability to sit or move independently or with the assistance of a companion.
- Must have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors for 30 minutes.
- Must have the ability to traverse unpaved and uneven terrain for up to 1 hour independently or with the assistance of a companion.
