Essential Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this program, one:

·       Must have the ability to follow visual and/or verbal instruction independently or with the assistance of a companion.

·       Must have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors for 7.5 hours.

·       Must have the ability to enter and exit a passenger van independently or with the assistance of a companion.

·       Must have the ability to traverse wet, sandy, uneven terrain for 3 miles, independently or with the assistance of a companion.

·       Must be able to traverse steep slopes independently or with the assistance of a companion.
