Essential Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this program, one:

Must have the ability to follow verbal and/or visual instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion.
Must have the ability to enter and exit the facilities independently or with the assistance of a companion.
Must have the ability to traverse uneven terrain independently or with the assistance of a companion.
Must have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors and insects for as long as they choose to attend the event.
Must be able to maneuver walkway or uneven terrain in the evening at dusk or after sunset with little to no supplemental lighting independently or with the assistance of a companion.
Must be able to maneuver physically through crowds independently or with the assistance of a companion.
