Essential Eligibility Criteria
Camper Coffee / Camper Potluck
In order to participate in these programs, one:• Must have the ability to follow visual and/or verbal instructions independently or with the assistance of a companion.
• Must have the ability to traverse flat terrain of asphalt 1/2 mile, independently or with the assistance of a companion.
• Must have the ability to withstand exposure to changes in weather conditions as well as (potentially) full sun for 1 – 3 hours.
Park Program – Camper Coffee
The program is held at campground host site on Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. The program consists of a presentation by either a Park Ranger or volunteer and consists of a ranger choice program or Q & A about the park. Coffee and hot chocolate are served. The route to the site is asphalt. The site is a packed crushed limestone with at least 1 ADA picnic table.
Park Program – Camper Potluck
The program is held at the Covered Pavilion in picnic area. The program is held one weekday from 4:00 p.m. until sundown. The pavilion is lighted. The pavilion has at least 4 ADA picnic tables. The route from campsites is paved from sites to picnic area. The parking area has 4 ADA parking sites with paved walkway to the pavilion. The program consist of a either a ranger choice program or Q & A about the park. It is requested that campers bring a covered dish to share after program. Coffee and hot chocolate are available.
