Essential Eligibility Criteria

In order to participate in this program, one:

Must wear a helmet if under 16 years old as per state law.
Must not exceed manufacturer’s weight limit specifications
Must have the ability to get on and off of a bicycle independently or with the aid of a companion.
Must have the ability to operate the bike on uneven terrain on paved and unpaved surfaces, including blacktop pavement, packed sand and shell trail surfaces, and beach sand.
Must have the ability to follow applicable traffic laws.
Must have the ability to independently control, maneuver and maintain balance on the bike for the duration of rental.
Must have the ability to withstand exposure to the outdoors for the duration of the rental.
