A NOTE FROM THE MANAGER

Robert Steiger

The warm weather welcomes you to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. The water temperatures are perfect for swimming and fishing. Remember to do the stingray shuffle when you enter the water because this is their home also. Do not lift your feet when you walk just shuffle along. If you kick a ray it will swim off willingly.

It should be easier to beat the traffic this time of year except weekends and holidays. Try to arrive early or later in the afternoon. Don’t forget your sunscreen because you can get a sun burn pretty easily this time of year. I hope you will have a great time visiting.
