Crystal River Preserve State Park Volunteer Information

Volunteers are always welcome. We offer a wide variety of opportunities for students and adults both. Our volunteers do jobs such as trail maintenance, vehicle repair, construction and upkeep, gardening, and photography. Our student interns participate in land management projects with staff biologists. If you have the gift of gab and like to meet people from all over the world, you’d make a great Visitor Center docent. Do you like to care for fish and reptiles? How about checking out our great live animal care program? Have a hobby or interest that you’d like to share with the public? We’ll tailor make you a position. Looking for a great way to develop new job skills? We can help. Contact Vicky Mendenhall at (352) 563-0450 or Vicky Mendenhall for more information.
