Camping, Full Facility
This campground consists of 30 campsites, with three accessible sites on two loops, nestled among tall longleaf pine trees. Each campsite has 20-30-50 amp electric service, potable water connections, an RV sewer hookup, a picnic table, fire ring and grill. Campsites range from full shade to full sunshine. The sites can accommodate all types of tent camping and up to 45 foot RVs. Pets are welcome. A playground is available for the kids. From the campground, the Juniper Lake Trail opens up to the unspoiled beauty of the Blackwater River for hikers. A newly renovated restroom with showers is located in the center of the two loops. A dump station is located on the main entrance road. |

Canoeing & KayakingThe Blackwater River attracts paddlers from far and wide and has been designated a Florida canoe trail. The last two miles of the trail are located within the park. Bring your canoes or tubes to truly enjoy the beauty of the Blackwater River. Local vendors offer trips and rentals. The park does not offer any rentals or trips at this time. |

Hiking/Nature TrailThe terrain, plant communities, and wildlife are highlighted along the park’s two nature trails. Guided walks and programs for park guests are offered seasonally. The Juniper Creek Trail is accessible from the park. This trial is part of the Florida National Scenic Trail and is maintained by Florida Trail Association volunteers. |

PicnickingThree covered pavilions with picnic tables and grills are located within walking distance of the river and restrooms. These pavilions may be reserved for a fee. Picnic shelters and uncovered picnic tables are also located near the beach areas. |
