Member benefits include:

• Taxable monthly living allowance of $1009.09 per month.
• Upon successful completion of a full term of service (1700 hours), eligible members receive an education award of $4,725. The education award can be used to repay qualified student loans, or for further education at an accredited institution of higher learning, vocational, or trade schools.
• Part time members receive a pro-rated stipend and education award.
• Basic medical insurance (cover members only, not dependants; vision and dental not included).
• Childcare allowance, if eligible. (Only full time members are eligible for medical and childcare benefits)
