This policy reflects the commitment to provide access to the widest cross section of the public and to ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968 and the Florida Americans with Disabilities Accessibility Implementation Act, Sections 553.501-553.513, Fla. Stat. (2006).
