Testimonials for Rainbow Springs State Park
- ’Just gorgeous! My only regret was not being able to stay longer as the weather didn’t hold out, but this park is just so beautiful I fell in love with it! It has beautiful waterfalls and the water is crystal clear turquoise. My pictures of it all turned out looking like post cards. I can’t wait to go back this summer!"

Kristie Querio - Brunswick, GA - "This is a wonderful find. I manage a park located on the Island of Cedar Key. When I want to get away for a few days, ( but not to far). I go to Rainbow Springs. It is only an hour from me and yet it is a world away. The park is right on the river and I have an inflatable kayak that my dog and I float on all day long. The first time we went it was early spring and the mist rising from the warm water into the early morning cool air was breathtaking. My dog (Sheba) is a Sheba Ina and therefore does not bark. However, she pointed out lots of wild life to me that I would have missed had I been alone. We were the only ones on the river for several hours. Just last week my husband, and I went back so he could see this unique place. I think we will be visiting at least every other month for quite awhile. Thank you The State Of Florida giving me a home away from home as nice as our own RV Park."

Denise Maki - Cedar Key, FL - "I have always enjoyed the feeling of escaping to the outdoors. I took a day trip to Rainbow Springs State Park approx. five years ago and was totally amazed at it’s beauty. Since then, I have found myself returning numerous times to escape the daily pressures and to just relax for the day, swimming, walking the breath taking trails and picnicing with family and friends. I have realized that Rainbow Springs State Park is one of my favorite places to go to relax, my "thinking spot". I am now planning my wedding/reception there at the Felburn Pavilion. We are looking forward to sharing the beautiful park with our family and friends on our special day, and also returning there over and over again during our lifetime together."

John Liversuch - , United Kingdom - I found Rainbow Springs when a couple of friends and I decided to get out and try cannoying for the first time. We has such a great time. The water was beautiful like a picture of a post card. We snorkled, had a picnic floating down the river. It was like having a full body message. We loved it so much we purchased a giant 10 person raft so we can come back again and again. Now that my fiance and I are getting married we couldn't think of a more beautiful place to hold our wedding and reception! We want to share our secret of this beautiful place with everyone we know and love. It's truly a sight to see. Everyone we take there is in aw. We even did the camping for 4 days. It was fun! YOU HAVE TO GO! Looking forward to another weekend at the springs...soon to be Castro family.
